A-1 钛合金热处理：A-1材料固溶强化处理后，强度增加不大，也就到1100MPa，退火状态下强度一般在900MPa 【A-1】热膨胀系数：
A-1钛合金具有X良的耐蚀性、小的密度、高的比强度及较好的韧性和焊接性等一系列X点，在航空航天、石油化工、造船、汽车，医药等部门都得到成功的应用。
A-1钛合金力学性能：抗拉强度σb/MPa≥895,规定残余伸长应力σr0.2/MPa≥825,伸长率δ5(%)≥10,断面收缩率ψ(%)≥25
A-1钛合金密度：4.5（g/cm3）工作温度-100～550（℃）
A-1钛合金化学成分：A-1含钛(Ti) 余量,铝(Al)4.5～5.75 锡（Sn）2.0～3.0

a钛合金的切削加工性X好，a+p钛合金次之，B钛合金X差。
A钛合金代号为TA, 【B钛合金代号为TB】, a+B钛合金代号为TC。钛合金按用途可分为耐热合金、高强合金、耐蚀合金（钛-钼，钛-钯合金等）低温合金以及特殊功能合金（钛--铁贮氢材料和钛-镍记忆合金）等。典型合金的成分和性能见表。
