GCr15合金钢#高碳铬钢/GCr15冷作工具钢
GCr15 bearing steel with steel, its hardenability, hardness and wear resistance are relatively high carbon tool steel, heat treatment when little size change. Widely used as a measuring tool, such as sample, card board, the sample set, gauge, gauge block, ring gauges and plug gauges and sample column, etc., can also be used in the manufacture of wire drawing die and cold heading die, cold work die and the material tool cutting at low speed is not too hard.
高碳铬钢GCr15滚动轴承价廉易得，在高碳铬钢中属于综合性能X好的经济型淬油淬水通用的冷作模具钢。GCr15钢相当于在T10的基础上加入质量分数为1.5%的铬，使淬透性大为提高。其淬火临界直径油为15~25MM或水为30~50MM。冲模型腔变形趋势是薄型趋胀；一般模具零件油淬或碱浴淬火趋缩。用硝盐浴或热油浴分X淬火，内孔趋胀，但变量小。GCr15钢模具零件壁厚 <25mm时可用油淬；38~80MM时可用煤油或碱浴或盐水溶液淬硬；厚度大于100MM的冷镦模需用加压水喷淬。

碳 C ：0.95～1.10
硅 Si：≤0.40
锰 Mn：≤0.40
硫 S ：≤0.030
磷 P ：≤0.030
铬 Cr：1.30～1.65
镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.25
铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.30
